 Here below is the final scientific program for our meeting. 

The program is a product of the cooperative efforts by and between ACFA, GDE and the local organizers. The ACFA agenda originated from the ACFA, the GDE agenda originated from the GDE and the final program was put together by the Local Organizing Committee . As a result, there may be some inconsistences between the program and the timetable (maintained at FNAL), we appreciate your report to the Local Organizing Committee in case of any confusion.
