REGISTRATION
Registration is required to be done through the BILCW07 web site (bilcw07.ihep.ac.cn).
Once registration is made, a registration number (your ID number)
will be given, which will be referred to in later communications.
Please note that we have two separate registration forms for ACFA
and GDE, you are kindly reminded to make right choice.
Early registration is encouraged, for registration please click ACFA
or GDE.
If for some reason, you can not make your registration through our

REGISTRATION FEE
2000 RMB or 260USD or 200Euro or 30,000JY for each participant
700 RMB or 90USD or
75Euro or 10,000JY for each family member
(For family members, you will enjoy a reception, a banquet and an evening
performance.)

1. Bank transfer
In your bank transfer, you need to refer to the name of the conference, your
full name, your ID number (registration number) and the purpose of your payment

· Please send us a copy of your bank transfer document and keep a copy for your
own record.
· Banks quite often charge a certain percentage during the transfer process,
you need to cover the gap by yourself if that happens.
2. Check payment
Checks are accepted and received only before Dec. 1, 2006. Please mail your
check with reference to your ID number (registration number) to:

3. On-site payment
We accept cash only for on-site payment.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. If
cancellation is received by Jan. 15, 2007, your payment minus RMB 500 for
administrative costs will be refunded.
No refund after Jan.
15, 2007.
The conference
participation is transferable to another person. Please contact the conference
secretariat for new delegate information.
